It arrived quickly, maybe 5 days. I do believe that it helps me fall asleep, however, there have been a couple nights that it did not help, in all fairness, I have had lots on my plate, I’ll parents, taking a law exam, buying a house, and just found out I have a torn tendon, so, not sure there is anything that is going to help me sleep all the time but clearing my plate!!
I will say the blueberry flavor is a little disappointing, my family member who recommended the product had orange. Orange was out of stock so I ordered blueberry, orange would have been better.
