How are Sunmed Beyond products legal in the USA?
The 2018 Farm Bill allows us to manufacture products from hemp with up to 0.3% THC as measured in the hemp and also as measured within the final product. These gummies are less than 0.3% THC by dry weight and manufactured from qualifying industrial hemp. Check your state or municipality rules before purchasing.
*ND THC stands for non-detectable. We have a careful process that separates THC out of our excellent full spectrum CBD extract, but we are not able to guarantee you will pass a drug test. If you are concerned about testing, we recommend you discuss your concerns with your employer or HR department.
