I am not sure why the product has changed formulation. I ordered the 500 mg full spectrum strawberry tincture and received the 17mg full spectrum strawberry hemp supplement instead. The hemp supplement upsets my stomach whereas I had no issues with the tincture. Also, I preferred the viscosity of the tincture over the hemp supplement. The taste of the hemp supplement is awful. I’m disappointed that this switch in products was not made evident when I ordered two bottles because I would not have ordered. My order stated I was ordering the original strawberry tincture. I don’t think I would order this product again.

Sorry to hear you didn’t have a good experience with this – batches are sometimes a little bit different because the terpenes can vary, and I’m guessing that’s probably the main reason for the change you noticed. Yes, SunMed has changed all the labeling has changed to show the mg per serving rather than the total in the bottle, so the 500mg now reads 17mg / mL.
