The water soluble is fast acting formula it kicks in in five minutes but have a shorter half-life in the body. Excellent for anxiety
The CBG formula has high concentrations of CBG and is great for motivation as well as other things.
I cannot make medical claims about pain due to FDA regulations, however as a general rule take half a dropper in a drink(water soluble) or under the tongue(oil) twice a day. Be consistent for a day or two and if you don’t get the effect you are looking for, increase the dose you take. this is called titrating. Titrate up until you have success. Hi Joan, for a short summary, CBN is a different cannabinoid molecule more similar to THC in some ways (although not highly psychoactive like THC), and acts more as a sedative than CBD does. Does that help?
